1. About the Platform

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of Nine Finds ("we", "us", or "our"), a hyperlocal business discovery platform operated by NINEFINDS PRIVATE LIMITED, available via our website and mobile application (collectively, the "Platform"). By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be able to form a legally binding contract under Indian law to create an account. You are responsible for the accuracy of the information you provide and for keeping your account credentials confidential. We may suspend accounts that provide false information or otherwise violate these Terms.

3. Platform Use

Nine Finds is a discovery platform: users list products and services, and other users discover, message, and transact with them directly. We are not a party to any transaction between users — we do not buy, sell, own, inspect, or take possession of any item listed on the Platform, and we make no guarantee about the quality, safety, or legality of listings.

Where a business enables "Order via Nine," the Platform only routes your order request to that business — fulfilment, pricing, and delivery remain the business's responsibility, not ours. See our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details.

4. Business Subscriptions & Onboarding Fee

Businesses that want a listed catalogue and order management on Nine Finds pay a monthly subscription fee, and a one-time onboarding fee ranging from ₹1,000 to ₹10,000, confirmed per business. Current plans and pricing are published on our Pricing page. All payments are processed through our payment partner, Razorpay.

5. Billing, Renewal & Cancellation

Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically at the start of each billing cycle until cancelled. You can cancel a subscription at any time from the business's Subscriptions tab. By default, cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — your listing stays live until then — though you may request immediate cancellation instead.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• List items or services that are illegal, counterfeit, stolen, or prohibited by applicable law.
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation with a business.
• Harass, threaten, or defraud other users.
• Use the Platform to send unsolicited commercial messages (spam).
• Attempt to interfere with, disrupt, or gain unauthorised access to the Platform.

We may remove listings, suspend accounts, or take other action for violations of this section.

7. Intellectual Property

The Nine Finds name, logo, and Platform design are owned by NINEFINDS PRIVATE LIMITED. You retain ownership of content you post (listing text, images, profile content), but grant us a non-exclusive licence to host, display, and distribute it on the Platform for the purpose of operating the service.

8. Limitation of Liability

The Platform is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by applicable law, NINEFINDS PRIVATE LIMITED is not liable for any dispute, loss, or damage arising from transactions between users, the quality or delivery of listed items or services, or from interruptions to the Platform's availability. Our aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from your use of the Platform is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms, suspected fraud, or misuse of the Platform. You may stop using the Platform, and delete your account, at any time by contacting us.

10. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to applicable law, the courts at Malappuram, Kerala shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform.

12. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes we will update the effective date above and, where appropriate, notify you via an in-app announcement. Continued use of the Platform after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
